Water safety is a topic near and dear to my heart. I'm sad to say almost all of us know somebody that the unthinkable has happened to. Through education, we can help prevent drownings.

Aqua-Tots Swim School mission statement is "Our mission is to help prevent drownings by working with the community to provide a standard of excellence in teaching children and adults water safety."




My swimming skills aren't the greatest. As soon as my girls were old enough, I had them in lessons and worked hard to make sure they were comfortable in the water. We used to have a pool in our yard and safety was so important for us. I not only wanted to protect my girls but anyone that might potentially find their way into my yard. Our pool was gated and locked after each use.

I love that Aqua-Tots is educating our communities to help prevent drownings!

The more we talk to our kids, about water safety the more we can save lives. 

Did you know that according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention states that drowning ranks fifth for unintentional deaths in the United States? Those stats are shocking.

Aqua-Tots Swim School's love getting out in the community to spread water safety and to prevent drownings. Aqua-Tots speaks to schools, mom groups, fairs, festivals and does many charitable events. Heck, I used to be a face painter, and I would work these events in the community. I loved spreading the word on water safety.
