This beautiful tiger named Kisa needs a new enclosure and your help! On Giving Tuesday the Detroit Zoo needs YOUR donations to help support Kisa and future generations of tigers.
The Detroit Zoological Society has set a goal of raising $40,000 for a new tiger exhibit at the Detroit Zoo! Donors have committed to matching the first $20,000 raised as part of giving zoo day! Also, if you donate $1,000 or more, you will be entered into a drawing to receive a VIP breakfast once the enclosure is complete.
The Devereaux Tiger Forest will triple the space that the Tigers currently have and will allow visitors to have a close view of these spectacularly beautiful animals. Guest will enjoy an immersive, educational and awe-inspiring experience!
The new enhanced features include;
- More open space
- Trees
- A waterfall and pool
- A cave for relaxing in the shade
- Naturalistic space
- An 85-foot acrylic window for viewing
