I saw a free screening of Thor: The Dark World in 3D earlier this week. But if you don't see it in 3D it will be just as good. I enjoyed every minute of it & think it was even better than the first Thor. If you are thinking of taking children know that there was no swearing, blood, or inappropriate content IMO. There is however violent fighting & death.Motion Picture Rating (MPAA)
Rated PG-13 for sequences of intense sci-fi action and violence, and some suggestive content.
It starts a little slow with some history about dark elves. But then the action starts and it never stops as you can see in the clip below.
I don't want to give too much away. But it was fun seeing Jane Foster and friends in London. I love Kat Dennings and she was perfect as Jane's intern. In fact all the actors & actresses did a wonderful job portraying their characters.
I enjoyed seeing all the interesting locations & detailed scenes in this film. I also loved all the funny moments. Especially the ones with Loki. There were even some nods to The Avengers. Make sure to stay after the credits for extra scenes.
I actually guessed right about what would happen in the end. See if you do, too. Let me know in the comments what you thought of #ThorTDW.
