I decided in Janurary to improve my health. I have 2 little girls that I want to be able to chase after and I was not in any shape to do that. I started watching what I eat and working out and have lost over 20 pounds. I am still going strong and would love to hear Jillian's tips and experience her motivation. ReplyDeleteMy weakness is eating too much sugar, specifically chocolate. I'm sorry but protein bars just don't taste the same (lol)! Although, I have found that the new Skinny Cow caramel bars are awesome!!

DeleteI really like the Skinny Cow too. Though I did find that the Costco brand trail mix is pretty good. Or the Popped Chips Kettle Corn. I have a problem snacking after dinner so what I started doing was "closing the kitchen" after dinner. I turn off the lights, that way I don't think about going back in there. It seems to have helped a little bit.

DeleteJoined an 8 Week challenge with a group of ladies. Sometimes I can feel discouraged because I have only maintained my weight.
ReplyDeleteIn week 4.... and I have lost 6 inches!!!!! Even if the scale doesn't move a whole lot......always remember that you are healthier than you were yesterday.
