My tween daughter and I went to The Big Revival Tour concert with a couple friends back in August. We had so much fun! Kenny arrived swinging down from the ceiling. This will be my 3rd year of attending his show and I can't wait. It gets better every year. I'm so excited to share this concert with my youngest daughter next year.
The dust hasn’t even settled from Kenny's record-smashing Big Revival 2015 Tour and he is ready to kick-off 2016. As is always his way, he’s looking to make his stadium shows the best day of the summer.
"The King of the Road" |
“People count on having a great day when they come out to see us,” Kenny explains. “And I think it’s important that we give them the best show we can from the moment they hit the gate until the final encore song’s been played.”
Kenny says, “So getting ready for this year, we’re gonna keep the music a big part of it, and how the fans lean into those songs – the singing, cheering, dancing – so it’s all about that! When you see Miranda (Lambert) and Old Dominion – you know those are people who take connecting with the audience through their songs as seriously as I do.”
Miranda Lambert CMA Female Vocalist of the Year |
"Miranda is the real deal,” Kenny says. “She’s a songwriter, first, and a real vocalist. She puts it all out there when she’s on stage, and I loved touring with her so much in 2009, I can’t believe it’s taken us this long to get her back out here – because I love every single thing about who she is as an artist and a person.”
You may recognize singer-songwriter Jake Owen from his songs Real Life & Barefoot Blue Jean Night.

Old Dominion, who return in the opening slot, are a Nashville band of songwriters on the verge of their very first No. 1 with “Break Up With Him.” In addition to penning Chesney’s three-week No. 1 “Save It For A Rainy Day”.
