My 8 year old daughter & I saw an early screening. I recommend going to see this movie if you like musicals or fairytale stories. My daughter and I both enjoyed it. The giant was a bit scary for her, but it was just the suspense of it, you don't see anyone actually die. There are some cheesy, silly musical numbers. When the princes were singing in the river together they had everyone in the theater laughing. My favorite songs were the ones Anna Kendrick sang. I might go see it again with my 11 year old daughter. Since she is in community theater she really likes musicals. If you go see the movie please let me know in the comments what you thought of it.
The music for the film was pre-recorded over a two-week period at Angel Studios in London with a 56-piece orchestra, composed of some of the best musicians from the London Symphony Orchestra and London Philharmonic.
